These terms govern your use of AgentSavant and its assistant, Ava (the “service”). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Ava is an AI assistant for real estate professionals, available by text message and phone call. It keeps notes, tasks and contact information you provide and sends you reminders and summaries. It communicates only with you, not with your clients.

AI output

The assistant uses artificial intelligence and can make mistakes: it may mishear, misunderstand or summarize incorrectly. Review important details (dates, amounts, names) yourself. The service does not provide legal, financial, or real estate brokerage advice.

Your responsibilities

• Only provide information you have the right to share, and comply with the laws and rules that apply to your business.
• Keep your phone and private web link secure; anyone with them may access your assistant.
• Don’t use the service for unlawful, abusive, or spam purposes.

Messaging

Text messaging is governed by our SMS terms. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Pilot service

The service is offered as an early pilot. Features, limits (such as monthly call minutes) and pricing may change; we’ll tell you before changes that affect you. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Your data

You own your data. You can export or delete it at any time. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, missed reminders, or decisions made based on the assistant’s output.
